UNIVERSITY CENTER -- Saginaw Valley State University head coach Chris Ebright has officially announced the addition of four student-athletes who will be joining the program in the fall of 2018. Three of the four newest Cardinals hail from Michigan while the other will join from Texas.
"We are very excited for our 2018 class," stated Ebright, who will be entering his fourth full season at the helm in the spring of 2018. "These four players will come in and make an impact right away. They are the type of student-athletes that fit our culture, on and off the field. Our entire staff deserves a lot of credit for their time and efforts in recruiting these players. Cardinal baseball continues to head in the right direction."

Coach Ebright on Dylan Golden: "Dylan will play corner infield and pitch for us. He is a big, strong kid and will hit in the middle of our lineup. Dylan plays in a very tough high school conference, which is definitely getting him ready for the next level. He also plays for a nationally known summer team called Twelve Baseball. We are very excited to bring him 'up north'."
