TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The SVSU men’s golf

the victory by shooting nine over par with a score of 297.
Junior Brian King (Livonia, Mich.) shot an even par 72, leading
the Cardinals and tying for the best score of the tournament with
Jay Overy of Ashland. Kasey Hocquard (Cheboygan, Mich.) was right
on the heels of the two leaders, finishing third with a score of
73. Dieter Schulz (Port Huron, Mich.) finished the day with a score
of 75, three over par and good enough for sixth in the outing. Mike
Horn (Clarkston, Mich.) tied for seventh with a score of 77, while
Nate Kelly (Suttons Bay, Mich.) and Troy Quenneville (Windsor,
Canada) both shot 79, good enough to tie them for tenth.
