BAY CITY, Mich. - BAY CITY, Mich. - Saginaw Valley State University senior Nate Kelly (Sutton's Bay, Mich.) was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) men's golf "Athlete of the Week" after claiming medalist honors at the the 2010 Kyle Ryman Memorial Tournament in a playoff over the weekend.
Kelly claimed medalist honors for the second time this season, carding rounds of 72-69 to finish tied for the lead at -3. Kelly would claim the victory on the first playoff hole over Ashland's Jay Overy. Kelly finished with a 72.45 stroke average for the fall season.
