Sam Breault (Bad Axe, Mich.), a senior setter for the SVSU women's volleyball team, showed her poise and leadership as she set up the Cardinal attack during their victorious homestand. Breault recorded 31 assists and six aces in the victory over Northern Michigan on Friday. Sam was also reliable in the clutch as she set up the middle and outside hitters to the tune of 39 assists in a thrilling five-set win over Michigan Tech on Sunday. The weekend sweep improves the Cardinals' record to 12-8 on the year and 10-3 in the GLIAC.
