Katie Fitzgerald (Whitby, Ont./Sinclair SS), a senior on the SVSU Volleyball team, used her leadership and experience to key the Cardinals to historic victories over Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech. Fitzgerald recorded 12 kills and three blocks including a .588 hitting percentage in the win over a tough Northern Michigan squad. Katie also posted 10 kills, four service aces, six digs and three blocks in the win over Michigan Tech.
