Alycia Wright (Macomb, Mich./Lutheran North HS), a senior on the SVSU Women's Track & Field team, finished off another sensational indoor season earning her second All-American recognition at NCAA Division II National Championships in Mankato, Minn.

Wright set a new school record in the 800-meter run timing in at 2:11.06, good for first place finish in the prelims. Alycia would finish sixth in the finals at 2:11.75 to earn All-American honors.

She was also part of the distance medley relay team consisting of Wright, Megan Pittoors (Macomb, Mich./Dakota HS), Diamond Taylor (Southfield, Mich./Southfield HS), and Ashley Meyer (Shepherd, Mich./Shepherd HS) earned an eighth place finish set a new school record of 11:48.53, garnering All-American honors.
