Jeff Janis (Tawas City, Mich./Tawas Area HS), sophomore wide receiver for the SVSU football team, caught three touchdown passes from quarterback Jonathon Jennings (Columbus, Ohio/Westerville South HS) in the NCAA Division II Playoff match-up with Minnesota Duluth. Jeff caught his touchdown passes of 76, 65 and 22-yards in the thrilling overtime loss. Janis led the team in receiving this season with 968 yards on 48 catches and 14 touchdowns.
