Caleb Davis - Men's Basketball
Caleb Davis (Perth, Australia / Sacred Heart Sorrento) contributed 14 points to SV's victory in Lake Erie last Saturday (Dec. 19) and went 5-of-8 from the floor. Davis also grabbed a season high of nine rebounds and one assist.
Emily Wendling - Women's Basketball
Emily Wendling (Flushing, Mich. / Flushing HS) helped lead the Cardinals to a 30 point win over Lake Erie on Saturday (Dec. 19) afternoon in Ohio. Wendling had a game-high 21 points and added a season-best 14 rebounds in recording her fourth double-double of the 2015-16 campaign. She was 9-of-13 from the floor and added two blocks and a steal for SVSU.
SVSU women's basketball will be back in the James E. O'Neill Arena on Saturday, January 2 to play Malone University at 1:00 pm, followed by SVSU men's team at 3:00 pm. On Sunday, January 3, women will face off against Walsh University at 6:00 pm. The men's game will tip-off at 8:00 pm.
