Ryan Peruski - Golf
Ryan Peruski (Saline, Mich./ Saline HS) tied for fourth place with a six-over par total of 222 (77-72-73) at the 2016 GLIAC Men's Golf Championships. His final round score after three days of play was 73 (+1).
The Cardinals will be back in action on May 2nd at the NCAA Division II Super Regionals, hosted in Allendale, Mich. at the Meadows Golf Course.
Danielle Hamilton - Softball
Danielle Hamilton (Howell, Mich. / Howell HS) went two of four in at bats and scored twice in game one of the Cardinal's sweep of Ohio Dominican on Tuesday (April 12). In game two, she was one of four and scored once. On Wednesday's double header against Grand Valley, she went three of four, scoring twice and batting in one. In game one of the Cardinal's doubleheader at Hillsdale, she went two of four in at bats and posted two RBIs.
The SVSU softball team hosts Wisconsin-Parkside in a doubleheader on Tuesday at 1 pm, before traveling to Wayne State on Wednesday for a pair of games starting at 3:30 pm. The Cardinals host three doubleheaders this weekend to wrap up the 2016 season.
