UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The 2013 MITS Distance Festival to be held today (Feb. 8) has been cancelled due to inclement weather and the closure of the Saginaw Valley State University campus.

The distance fest will not be rescheduled. However, there are still three more opportunities this year for high school student-athletes to compete. 

SVSU will host the Division I and II Indoor Meet on March 20th, while the Division III and IV Indoor Meet will take place March 25th. Both meets are scheduled to begin at noon.

The final meet of the year is the 34th Annual SVSU Outdoor Meet, which will be held on April 12th at 9:00 AM.
