Wilberforce, Ohio - The Saginaw Valley State University men’s basketball team lost in overtime tonight (Nov. 22) to Central State University 86-80.

Freshman guard Greg Foster (Indianapolis, Ind.) led the Cardinals with 22 points on 7-of-13 shooting from the floor, including 4-7 from behind the three point line, dished six assists and swiped the ball twice to lead all players in steals. Senior guard Lawrence Ross (Battle Creek, Mich.) added 14 points, 13 rebounds and six assists.

The Cardinals will return to action at 7:45 p.m. Monday (Nov. 24) when SVSU travels to Highland Heights, Ky. to face Northern Kentucky.
