FALMOUTH, KY. - The SVSU men’s golf team
traveled to Kentucky to compete in the E-Z Go Spring Classic, a two
round tournament featuring 13 teams, this past weekend. The
Cardinals were unable to find a rythym on either day of the contest
and finished in 12th place with a score of 611, 35 strokes over
par. The University of Indianapolis rolled to an easy victory over
the competition and finished at three under par with a score of
573, 10 strokes ahead of second place Grand Valley. Bellarmine
finished in third at 588, and Northern Kentucky came in with a 593,
putting them in fourth.

tied for last with Kentucky Weslyan. Senior Kasey Hocquard

seventh place on the day. Hocquard again led the Cardinals,
shooting a one over 73. Indy’s Blair Webb was the rounds best
golfer shooting a 68.
After leading the Cardinals on both Saturday and Sunday, Hocquard

to tie him for 18th. Dieter Schulz (Port Huron, Mich.) tied for
47th with a score of 154, and John Lange finished tied for 56th
with a score of 155. Junior Brian King (Livonia, Mich.) and
